A Walk on William Street - Part Two

On our way to check out the vintage shops on William Street, Nadine and I popped into Tu, where Pippa McManus is currently showcasing her beautiful fashion artwork. I'm currently writing an article about Pippa for Colosoul Magazine, which I'll put up on the blog as soon as it's published.

Tu is an adorable Perth boutique, located at 218a William Street. I thought the name was a little odd at first, but after learning what it meant, I think it's quite clever. The name comes from the Mandarin word for illustration/art, but it also means you in Spanish, French and Italian. Individualism and art are what style is all about, so what better name is there for a clothing shop?

Tu is the home of it's own label and is a supporter of up-and-coming Australian designers. The boutique is full of locally made, vintage-inspired, clothing and accessories as well as real vintage pieces available under the label forever tu loved. Online shopping is available on their website as well.

Another fun shop that Nadine and I found was Rummage. The bright colours in the window display caught our attention, and inside we found a huge selection of belts, bags and other accessories. Our favourite: the bags that were inspired by this year's popular colour-blocking trend.
